Liability & Photography Release

The undersigned desire to enter and to participate in a public event to be held by Yankee Air Museum at Willow Run Airport, Michigan on June 10, 2023. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry form by Wings & Wheels, the undersigned does:
1. Release Yankee Air Museum, Michigan Aerospace Foundation, Wayne County Airport Authority, and their respective officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers & consultants from any and all liability of any nature, however and when arising in any manner, from participation in Yankee Air Museum’s Wings & Wheels 2023 event.
2. Authorize Wings & Wheels 2023 and Yankee Air Museum to use the names of entrants, their spouses and guests, and photographs of them and their entered vehicles for publicity, advertising, and other commercial purposes. This includes newspapers, magazines, television, internet and related audio and video. This can occur before, during or after the event. The undersigned does hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos or video or likeness or audio taken in conjunction with the event and give permission to publish, sell, or otherwise dispose of said materials. I understand that all publicity and advertising rights are reserved by Yankee Air Museum’s Wings & Wheels show or its assignees.
