Conferences and Meetings
Host your organization’s next meeting under the same roof as some of history’s most innovative aircraft. The Museum’s conference rooms can be adapted for a variety of your organization’s events—including board and business meetings, conferences, seminars, and executive retreats. We will work with you to accommodate all your media technology needs and event logistics. Catering, group tours, excursion flights, and other services can also be arranged to enhance your experience.
Our bright and temperature controlled conference rooms are designed to accommodate as many as 160 people seated at 60in round tables or 300 auditorium style. Smaller events and meetings are always welcome! The room can be divided into three separate areas allowing for a more intimate meeting space. The rooms can be configured in a variety of different ways to accommodate your event’s needs.
All food service is professionally catered by a select, well-respected caterer, Moveable Feast. Moveable Feast offers the versatility to create a variety of exciting and delicious menus, committing themselves to providing the highest quality service. As a fully custom catering service, Moveable Feast can design the perfect food and beverage compliment for your gathering. Menu designs range from simple and delicious boxed lunches to innovative dishes for your specific event’s needs. All catering arrangements and associated costs for food, beverage, service, equipment, and other event needs are contracted directly between the client and the caterer.

Yankee Air Museum is a registered 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization. Every dollar from a special event is used for preservation, conservation, and exhibition of historic artifacts at the Museum. Your contributions help to preserve over 6,000 objects and documents as well as Two Dozen Aircraft, all helping to inspire others to learn from the past to help inspire future generations.
