MiG-17PF

Randy Ball will be joining us with his MiG-17PF. The MiG can maintain 8g turns, reach a speeds of over 700 mph, and can reach 30,000 feet in three minutes flat. The MiG has been used in over 20 countries and is still active in three. Due to its historical recognition, fame and excellent maneuverability; the MiG-17 is the perfect jet to perform at air shows.

Introducing the infamous helicopter gunship, The Russian Mi-24 Hind. The loud, menacing “Flying Tank”, as it is often called, was introduced by the Soviet Union in 1969 and continues to serve dozens of countries around the world.

Introducing this year- the Batcopter! Originally featured in the first Batman movies and TV show, this aircraft has been restored to airworthy condition by Captain Eugene Nock. The U.S. Coast Guard will be joining us all weekend from the Selfridge Air National Guard Base at the Thunder Over Michigan Air Show to display a search and rescue demo with their HH-65 Dolphin.

WWII Battle
